Finance Manager (A&P)

About the role

Danone Specialized Nutrition Cambodia is looking for a Finance Manager (A&P) to lead advertising and promotion (A&P) financial control, budgeting and reporting. You will work closely with brand owners and cross‑functional teams to ensure spend aligns with strategic objectives and financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Govern total A&P investments and brand‑level budget allocation, track monthly spend, and support YTG forecasting.
• Lead bi‑monthly A&P governance reviews, providing visibility on spending trends and budget utilization.
• Coordinate month‑end closing for A&P, ensuring all committed expenses are posted accurately and on time.
• Participate in annual strategic planning and develop long‑term investment road‑maps.
• Monitor open purchase orders, late goods receipts and conduct random document checks for IFRS compliance.
• Act as single point of contact for CAPEX & lease updates, aligning plans with management for timely submission.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably with commercial budget handling in FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in business analysis or commercial finance is a plus.

Required skills

• High proficiency in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI.
• Understanding of IFRS and internal control standards.
