Finance & Administration Manager

About the role

Herba Cambodia seeks a middle‑manager to support the factory manager by overseeing finance, accounting, HR and SAP data entry functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for financial control, human capital and administrative infrastructure.
• Oversee finance, accounting and SAP data entry, maintaining internal controls, tax compliance and audit coordination.
• Guide HR on labor relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and benefits administration.
• Ensure accurate capture of production, rejection and labor hour data as an independent check‑and‑balance.
• Drive safety, energy and water conservation, labor compliance, data integrity and budget variance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA, CMA or ACCA advantageous.
• 5‑10 years of managerial experience in an industrial manufacturing or processing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of labor laws and high ethical standards.
• Native Khmer language proficiency and good command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
• Financial reporting, internal audit and tax compliance.
