Finance & Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting activities, ensure tax compliance, manage inventory accounting and support accurate financial reporting for EMP, a wine‑for‑home business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including review of transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Support the preparation and filing of monthly Cambodian General Department of Tax (GDT) declarations and audit documentation.
• Monitor inventory movements, allocate costs and conduct regular stock counts.
• Guide and supervise junior accountants, ensuring adherence to internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in FMCG, retail or beverage sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax legislation and standard accounting software.
• Fluent in Khmer and English with high attention to detail and analytical ability.
