Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and financial operations. The role ensures accurate financial records, effective cash‑flow management, proper inventory control, timely tax compliance, and reliable reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions including AR, AP, general ledger, cash, bank reconciliations and month‑end closing.
• Prepare, review and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, receivables and payables; produce forecasts and advise on funding needs.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with Cambodian tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and authorities.
• Manage inventory accounting, valuation, stock movements and cost of goods sold.
• Analyze product margins, purchasing costs and profitability.
• Control accounts receivable and payable, enforce credit terms and support collection efforts.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably in trading, distribution, construction materials, manufacturing or retail.
• In‑depth knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and improve internal controls.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
