About the role
The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee all financial operations for EMP’s wine and beverage distribution business, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash management, and full tax compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Manage Cambodian tax filings such as GDT, VAT, TOI and WHT on a monthly and annual basis.
- Oversee cost of goods sold, product margin analysis, stock reconciliation and inventory controls.
- Direct daily cash flow, manage payables/receivables and lead the annual budgeting process.
- Supervise finance staff and maintain the accounting/ERP software systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA/CPA (pursuing or completed).
- 3‑5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or F&B.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and local accounting standards.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency and experience with accounting software.
- Professional fluency in Khmer and English.
