About the role

The Field Promoter will test and demonstrate the company’s agricultural chemical products, promote them to farmers, and support sales and technical activities across several provinces in Cambodia. The role involves travelling to rural areas, setting up field demonstrations, and gathering feedback on crop performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product tests and live demonstrations of agro‑chemicals for farmers.
• Promote and explain the benefits of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and growth regulators.
• Observe weed, disease and pest issues in fields and report findings.
• Establish demonstration sites (fields or plots) for product trials.
• Support the sales team with technical information and promotional activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (Baccalaureate).
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural chemicals (herbicides, disease control, insecticides, growth promoters).
• Familiarity with major Cambodian crops, especially rice and cassava.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in various provinces and rural locations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of agro‑chemical categories: herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, growth regulators.
• Understanding of rice and cassava cultivation.
• Mobile app operation.
• Driving ability.
