Executive, Operational Excellence Transformation Support

About the role

We are seeking an Executive to lead Operational Excellence initiatives and provide transformation support across our banking organization. This role will ensure that improvement programs are effectively planned, executed, and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate operational excellence initiatives throughout the bank.
• Manage project planning, execution, and governance activities.
• Organise and mobilise cross‑functional teams to achieve transformation outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies across key initiatives.
• Provide programme‑management support to ensure successful implementation and long‑term sustainability of improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of commitment.
