Executive, Chinese Speaking Sales

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Executive to lead student recruitment sales in Cambodia, using Chinese language skills to engage parents and prospects and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted marketing strategies to boost student recruitment and respond to parents’ outreach.
• Support sales and marketing plans, including mystery‑shopping calls and market research, to attract new students.
• Manage pipeline tracking, maintain prospect data and categorize leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather market insights and develop focused sales tactics.
• Track sales performance against quarterly and annual targets and present weekly reports.
• Contact potential and existing parents via phone, email and in‑person meetings, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Attend and help organise events, conferences and booth activations to generate new prospects.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field from an internationally recognised university.
• Strong sales/marketing experience in the education sector and ability to work in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Competent in information technology for data analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written), results‑oriented and resilient.
