Event Assets Manager

About the role

The Event Assets Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of event‑related assets, from planning and logistics to post‑event reconciliation. This role ensures assets are available, well‑maintained, and used efficiently to support successful events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee setup, usage, and management of all event assets before, during, and after events.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory, tracking location, condition, and utilization of each asset.
• Plan and coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup schedules to guarantee timely on‑site availability.
• Work with the Events Team on layout design, staging, and traffic flow logistics.
• Supervise asset installation and dismantling, ensuring safety and brand standards.
• Monitor asset performance during events and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing and managing the event asset budget, controlling transportation, setup, maintenance, and repair costs.
• Provide post‑event reporting on asset utilization, damages, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate updates to event organizers, marketing, vendors, and operations staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event operations, asset management, or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with basic inventory management tools.
