Ethical Auditor (CSCA)

About the role

QIMA is seeking an Ethical Auditor (CSCA) to conduct independent audits of supplier manufacturing sites. You will evaluate labour rights, health and safety, and environmental compliance to ensure clients receive ethically produced goods.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site audits of supplier factories, often with short notice.
• Assess compliance with international standards such as SA8000, ISO 14001, ICTI, C‑TPAT, WRAP and BSCI.
• Identify violations, document findings and prepare detailed audit reports for clients.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity during interactions with factory management.
• Provide expertise in client meetings and help develop custom quality‑control procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational project quality.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• APSCA registration at CSCA level (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO 14001, ICTI, C‑TPAT, WRAP and BSCI.
• Experience in third‑party auditing, including recent SMETA/BSCI/SA8000 or mixed environmental audits.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
