ERP Support Executive – Retail Business

About the role

The ERP Support Executive will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s ERP system across retail stores, warehouses and the head office. Working closely with sales, operations, inventory, finance and procurement teams, you will provide first‑line support, resolve issues and help maintain accurate data and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily ERP support for retail operations, inventory, finance, purchasing, sales and warehouse modules.
• Respond to user issues related to transactions, reports, errors and data inconsistencies.
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical problems to IT teams or vendors.
• Deliver user guidance, training and create basic documentation such as manuals and SOPs.
• Support new store openings and ERP rollouts.
• Maintain master data including items, pricing, VAT, vendors, customers and store setups.
• Assist month‑end and year‑end processes, especially inventory and finance reconciliation.
• Prepare ERP‑related reports for management.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants and internal teams for upgrades, testing, compliance and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of ERP support experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or distribution.
• Strong understanding of retail processes such as POS, inventory, warehouse and purchasing.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian VAT.
• Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English for documentation and vendor communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure and travel to stores when needed.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo.
• Advanced Excel for reporting.
• Basic SQL or database knowledge.
