Driver and Administration Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Driver and Administration Assistant to provide safe, reliable transport services and administrative support for the Australia Cambodia Partnership for Climate Resilience (ACP4Climate) program. The role will support the efficient delivery of program activities through transportation, logistics coordination and general administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transport for staff, partners and visitors across Phnom Penh and project provinces.
• Maintain vehicles to ensure they remain safe and road‑worthy, keeping records, logbooks and maintenance documentation up to date.
• Deliver and collect project documents and materials, assisting with filing, scanning, printing and document management.
• Support procurement, logistics and office operations, including liaising with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with meetings, workshops and event logistics, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Provide general administrative support to the program as needed.

Required profile

• Dependable, professional team member with excellent driving skills and strong attention to safety.
• Cambodian national with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of professional driving experience and a valid Cambodian driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of Cambodian traffic laws, road safety practices and travel routes across the country.
• Reliable, organised, service‑oriented and flexible to work outside normal hours when required.
