Distributor Management Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead our Distributor Management Team (DMT). The role focuses on strengthening partnerships with distributors, ensuring efficient product flow, and supporting market growth through effective coordination and oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with distributors by fostering open communication and collaboration to expand coverage and seize business opportunities.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operational performance using dashboards and conduct regular performance assessments based on clear metrics.
• Provide support and training to distributors, equipping them with processes and knowledge to manage operations and promote products effectively.
• Communicate company announcements, promotional content, new product launches, and incentive schemes to the distributor network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 2–3 years of experience in distributor or sales operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Required skills

• Experience with Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and transportation management.
