Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. You will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness and drive consumer engagement for Khmer Beverages’ portfolio. The role also involves staying up‑to‑date with digital trends and supporting promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across online channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create and maintain content calendars.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor, analyse and report on website and campaign performance data.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Support promotional activities and ensure all online communications align with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing skills with experience running integrated campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing, content planning, community management and performance measurement.
• Ability to use web analytics tools to track, interpret and report on user behaviour.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in the FMCG or beverage industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools such as social media management tools, ad managers and basic design/content tools.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on‑site.
