Digital Marketing & Sales Officer

ALLWEB Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Officer to support and grow its online presence while generating new business opportunities. This junior‑level position is ideal for candidates with up to three years of experience who thrive in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website and other online channels.
• Create and coordinate engaging content such as posts, videos, graphics, articles and promotional materials.
• Manage company social media platforms and monitor engagement, inquiries and feedback.
• Support paid advertising efforts and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through digital channels, networking and referrals.
• Contact prospects, present products/services, prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM and track pipeline performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
