Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will drive the promotion of the company’s products and brand across all digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content while ensuring the brand stays ahead of emerging online trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual digital marketing calendar, including festivities, promotions, LTOs, lifestyle campaigns, and engagements.
• Create, manage, and optimise content for the website and social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• Edit and publish pictures, videos, and written content in line with the marketing plan.
• Manage social media advertising budgets efficiently and produce monthly performance analyses, competitor reports, and presentations.
• Run SMS and email marketing campaigns, and support internal brand promotion through newsletters and B2C initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers to produce creative assets for digital platforms.
• Correct any online content errors, organise webinars and webcasts, and handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required skills

• Website knowledge.
• Experience with SMS and email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and generate insightful reports.
