Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will shape and execute the company’s online marketing strategy, overseeing paid media, content, and performance across multiple channels to drive growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑driven digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage paid media campaigns and budgets on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Google, optimizing ROAS and audience targeting.
• Create full‑funnel campaigns that move prospects from awareness to conversion.
• Integrate digital initiatives with offline events, product launches and corporate communications.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer sentiment using social listening, AI tools and analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align digital activities with KPIs.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with KOLs, agencies and other external partners.
• Lead, coach and develop the digital marketing team, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of running large‑scale campaigns and handling significant advertising budgets.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional certifications such as Google or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
