Digital Marketing & IT Internship

About the role

This full‑time internship combines digital marketing and IT support tasks within a professional accounting firm in Cambodia. You will work both on‑site and remotely, assisting the team in promoting services online while providing basic technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update social media channels and assist with content creation.
• Help implement online campaigns that promote the firm’s services and brand.
• Update the company website and monitor online engagement metrics.
• Coordinate basic design or multimedia assets with internal teams or external vendors.
• Provide routine technical support, such as troubleshooting software issues for staff.
• Update simple system configurations and support data organization and documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams to align digital and IT initiatives with firm objectives.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media management and online branding.
• Interest in IT support with foundational troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with common office and collaboration tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, cloud platforms).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow confidentiality requirements.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, IT, Business or related field; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
• Interest in the accounting and professional services sector.
