Digital Marketing & Copywriter

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Copywriter will shape and execute the company’s digital presence, creating compelling content in both English and Khmer. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures consistent brand messaging while driving audience engagement and lead generation across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage an integrated digital marketing strategy covering social media, website, email, SEO/SEM and online advertising.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and event teams to produce high‑impact campaigns that boost brand visibility.
• Oversee the creation, editing and publishing of digital copy for websites, social posts, newsletters, emails and ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Produce quarterly newsletters and ad‑hoc publications in English and Khmer.
• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets, and represent digital initiatives in corporate planning sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of digital marketing experience, including team leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
