DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will automate, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and applications throughout the software development lifecycle. This position bridges development and operations, ensuring reliable delivery pipelines, robust monitoring, and embedded security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Automate testing, deployment, rollback, and infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, Helm, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Deploy and manage applications on‑premise (VMs, Kubernetes) while optimizing cost, performance and reliability.
• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and set up proactive alerts.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices, including secret management, vulnerability scanning (Grype, Trivy) and static code analysis (SonarQube).
• Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI‑DSS.
• Write automation scripts in Python, Bash or Go and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Document infrastructure, deployment processes and conduct root‑cause analysis after incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong coding ability in at least one language (Python, Go, C#).
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
