Cybersecurity Analyst – Associate/Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Analyst to lead our incident response, vulnerability management, and threat investigation efforts. This associate/supervisor position will drive security initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a strong security culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead incident response activities, overseeing monitoring, containment, and mitigation of cyber events.
• Direct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and remediation, prioritizing risks based on business impact.
• Conduct in‑depth investigations of security threats and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive security monitoring and compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Champion cybersecurity awareness programs to promote a proactive security mindset.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, incident response protocols, and vulnerability management frameworks.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH) are highly preferred.
• Proven leadership, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
