Customer Service Agent – SCM

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent for Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will be the primary point of contact for Maersk's SCM customers, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring long‑term relationships. You will work closely with regional and global account managers, programme managers, and implementation teams to optimise profitability and support customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service to SCM clients.
• Collaborate with Regional/Global Account and Program Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with programme and implementation managers to optimise customer profitability.
• Drive customer retention and identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
• Handle complaints, claims, and dispute resolution as the first point of contact.
• Manage customer channels, case handling, onboarding, and relationship management.

Required profile

• Experience in the logistics industry is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Native Khmer speaker with fluent English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Alignment with Maersk’s values and a desire for a long‑term career in transport and logistics.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills, ability to work in a matrix organisation, and strong presentation abilities.
• Well‑organized, proactive, and capable of solving problems under pressure.
