About the role

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and supporting sales activities in Cambodia. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with our international team.

Key responsibilities

Identify and contact potential customers.
Present our services and discuss cooperation opportunities.
Follow up on leads, support the sales process and close deals.
Assist with local marketing initiatives.
Track leads, record activities and report results.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales, business development or marketing.
Fluent in Khmer and English.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of the Cambodian market is a plus.

Required skills

Basic CRM usage.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
