About the role
The Credit Supervisor assesses and evaluates loan applications for workers heading to South Korea, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Review loan applications, verify employment, visa, contracts and supporting documents.
- Assess repayment capacity, family circumstances and overall credit risk.
- Conduct customer interviews, field verification and monitor disbursed loans.
- Identify potential fraud, document manipulation and broker‑related risks.
- Prepare credit analysis, portfolio reports and recommendations for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in credit/loan assessment, preferably with Korea Worker or migrant worker loans.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Honest, responsible and able to work independently.
