Credit Card Product Development and Portfolio Management Officer

About the role

The Credit Card Product Development and Portfolio Management Officer will lead the creation, launch, and ongoing management of credit card products. This role drives business growth, ensures product profitability, and enhances the customer experience through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance credit card products, designing features, pricing, rewards, and promotional campaigns based on market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare business cases for new product proposals.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to implement and improve products throughout their lifecycle.
• Design and execute sales strategies, work with sales channels, digital banking, and partners to acquire new customers and increase card usage.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics such as acquisition, activation, utilization, revenue, delinquency, and profitability, producing regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, collaborating with Risk and Credit teams to manage credit risk.
• Utilize data analytics and emerging technologies, including AI and digital tools, to segment customers, personalize offerings, and drive portfolio growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cards business, product development, portfolio management, banking, or financial services.
• Experience in credit card business, consumer lending, or payment products is preferred.
