Creative Director (Cambodia Only)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead disruptive, non‑traditional ideas that cut through digital clutter and deeply resonate with modern consumers. The role is based in Phnom Penh and focuses on digital and social ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Generate bold, disruptive concepts that scale across multi‑platform campaigns.
• Own the narrative architecture of each campaign, ensuring consistency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Champion the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the creative workflow to accelerate ideation and push visual boundaries.
• Architect native digital and social creative concepts that align with youth culture and regional trends.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in creative agencies, with a proven track record as a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director.
• Strong portfolio of award‑winning ideas and a deep understanding of both copy and art direction.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, large language models, and video generation suites.
• Intimate knowledge of the Cambodian and broader Southeast Asian digital landscape, youth culture, and consumer trends.
