Creative Director – Agency Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a senior Creative Director to lead disruptive, non‑traditional ideas that cut through digital clutter and deeply engage modern consumers. The role is based in Phnom Penh and focuses on building narrative architectures that scale across multi‑platform ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Generate bold, big‑idea concepts that resonate with youth culture in Cambodia and Southeast Asia.
• Own the narrative structure of campaigns, ensuring seamless adaptation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Champion the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the creative workflow to accelerate ideation and visual execution.
• Architect native digital and social creative concepts that leverage AI‑driven text, image, and video generation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in a creative agency, with a proven record as a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director.
• Demonstrated mastery in either copywriting or art direction, with a strong command of the complementary discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, large language models, and video‑generation suites.
• Deep intuition for the Cambodian and broader Southeast Asian digital landscape, youth culture, and consumer trends.
