Country Program Manager – BASIN Program (Cambodia)

About the role

The Country Program Manager will lead the "Building Climate‑Adaptive Solutions through Inclusive Market Networks" (BASIN) program in Cambodia. Reporting to the Associate Director for Grant and the Regional Program Director, you will ensure strategic alignment, effective implementation, and achievement of program outcomes across the Mekong sub‑region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the BASIN program in Cambodia.
• Coordinate with World Vision offices in Laos, Vietnam, the East Asia Regional Office, and World Vision Australia.
• Drive inclusive market systems development, climate‑smart agriculture, gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) initiatives.
• Engage high‑level external stakeholders such as DFAT, government ministries, UN agencies, and international NGOs.
• Support technical and field staff to meet project objectives and ensure inter‑dependency of BASIN projects.
• Represent World Vision Cambodia’s strategic priorities within key networks and influence policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior program management within the development or humanitarian sector.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive market systems, climate‑smart agriculture, and GEDSI principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multi‑country teams and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and representation skills at national and regional levels.
• Ability to oversee complex, multi‑partner projects and deliver results aligned with organizational strategy.
