Country Launcher – Cambodia

About the role

We are seeking a proactive professional to become our first Country Launcher in Cambodia. You will be responsible for establishing the company’s presence from scratch, driving both commercial growth and financial health in a brand‑new market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end market entry, from initial setup to a fully operational local entity.
• Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, defining timelines, milestones and success metrics.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and client relationships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and feasibility studies to inform expansion decisions.
• Oversee legal, administrative and regulatory setup in collaboration with local advisors.
• Build local processes and systems for sales, finance and reporting.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and business reports for headquarters.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and financial reporting for the Cambodia entity.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cost control, cash management and overall financial health.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve defined business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• 4–6 years of combined Business Development/Sales and Finance/Accounting experience, or strong expertise in one area with solid knowledge of the other.
• Proven ability to work independently in a startup or new‑market environment.
• Fluent English; Khmer is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
