Costing Supervisor

About the role

Master Suki Soup Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated Costing Supervisor to join its Finance & Cost Control team in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on monitoring food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory transactions, and supporting monthly costing closures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control food & beverage costs across all outlets.
• Prepare, analyse and present food cost and consumption reports.
• Check inventory, wastage and variance reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Operations teams to resolve cost discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate costing and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the monthly costing closing process and related reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Control or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
