Costing Executive

About the role

The Costing Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates for the group’s products and services. You will ensure cost structures are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company policies while supporting pricing decisions across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data on materials, labour, overhead and operational expenses.
• Maintain and update costing sheets and pricing databases.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations and commercial teams to validate cost assumptions.
• Generate regular cost reports and monitor cost variances.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and contribute to process improvements in costing and budgeting.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in costing, budgeting or financial analysis within retail, F&B, manufacturing or similar industries.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Cambodian market and local regulatory or tax context is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with spreadsheets and ERP or accounting systems.
