Content Creator Specialist

About the role

The Content Creator Specialist will join Borey Phum Sakura’s marketing team in Phnom Penh to craft and publish engaging digital content that showcases the brand’s Cherry Blossom‑inspired lifestyle. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure all communications reflect the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and editorial calendars for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Produce written copy, graphics, and short videos that align with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather project information and translate it into clear, appealing messages.
• Publish and schedule content across multiple digital platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
• Support special campaigns, events, and community‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field (preferred).
• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication in Khmer; working proficiency in English.
• Experience in real‑estate or lifestyle branding within the Cambodian market is a plus.
