About the role
The Compliance Manager will develop, implement and monitor a robust compliance framework aligned with best practices, ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations and related standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor company compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
- Oversee KYC onboarding, enhanced due diligence for high‑risk entities and conduct risk assessments of clients, transactions and supply‑chain partners.
- Monitor daily transactions for suspicious activity, file STRs and CTRs, and liaise with regulators, law enforcement and auditors.
- Provide AML, sanctions and ethical trading training to staff and keep policies updated with international regulatory changes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, commodities or gold/precious‑metals trading.
- Strong analytical, communication and investigative abilities with high integrity and independence.
