Compliance Assistant

About the role

The Compliance Assistant will join ATFX Cambodia’s Compliance team to help ensure the firm meets all regulatory obligations set by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). You will support regulatory reporting, document reviews, and coordination with internal departments and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to SERC and other authorities within required deadlines.
• Review marketing materials, policies, procedures, and other documents for compliance before publication.
• Draft official letters, reports, and correspondence to regulators and government bodies.
• Maintain organized compliance records, registers, licenses, and regulatory filings.
• Collect information from internal departments for regulatory reporting and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and follow up to ensure timely submissions.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Conduct compliance checks, internal reviews, and follow‑up on identified issues.
• Attend regulatory meetings, seminars, and training sessions; prepare meeting minutes as required.
• Support the Compliance Officer/Manager in updating policies, procedures, and records.
• Perform other compliance‑related administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Undergraduates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Cambodian securities and financial market regulations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
