Compensation Benefits Manager

About the role

The Compensation Benefits Manager will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of Saisons Brother Holding’s compensation and benefits programs. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time position works on‑site to ensure our reward strategies attract, engage and retain top talent across the group’s diverse businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain competitive compensation structures and benefit offerings.
• Conduct job evaluations, role benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
• Oversee benefits administration, including selection, implementation and employee communication.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labour laws and internal policies.
• Analyse market data and HR metrics to provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll‑related matters.
• Communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly to all employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Professional HR or compensation certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits roles, preferably in fast‑growing, multi‑sector organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
