Community & Content Creator

About the role

The Community & Content Creator will produce high‑quality digital content for multiple brands while actively managing and responding to audience interactions across social media channels. This role blends creative production with community engagement to strengthen brand presence online.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging video, photo, and digital assets for assigned brands, focusing on non‑alcohol categories.
• Handle end‑to‑end content production: planning, filming, editing, caption writing, and publishing.
• Serve as host, MC, or voice‑over talent for brand videos, campaigns, and digital productions.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across all brand social media pages.
• Monitor audience feedback and support continuous improvement of brand interaction.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and emerging digital practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related position.
• Experience in video production, brand communication, or social media campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to create engaging short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for events, campaigns, and content production.
