About the role

The Commercial Sales Director is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. Reporting to senior leadership, the role drives the company’s commercial strategy across sales, marketing, distribution, pricing and trade promotion to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the overall commercial strategy, covering sales, marketing, distribution, pricing and trade promotion.
Lead the commercial team to achieve sustainable revenue growth and strong market coverage.
Ensure profitable growth through effective pricing, margin management and trade‑promotion initiatives.
Oversee nationwide sales and distribution operations, managing large sales teams and managers.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Economics or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
10+ years of experience in sales, commercial or marketing, preferably in FMCG, trading or distribution.
Proven track record managing nationwide sales/distribution and large sales teams.
Fluent Khmer and strong business‑level English communication.
