Commercial Manager – Cambodia

About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead and grow commercial activities in Cambodia, driving revenue, expanding market share and strengthening customer relationships in line with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and evaluate Sales and Marketing teams, set targets and growth strategies, and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Maintain and develop key customer accounts, conduct regular visits, negotiate contracts and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop sales plans, and work with logistics partners to create integrated solutions.
• Promote e‑commerce and digital booking solutions, review quotations and ensure premium service delivery.
• Support cost‑control initiatives, coordinate performance scorecards and contribute to the Country Strategic Deck.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of commercial or sales management experience in logistics or shipping, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of the Cambodian market and logistics/shipping industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven people‑management, coaching and strategic thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.
