Commercial and Demand Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial and Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning, forecasting and inventory strategies for our wholesale and retail operations in Cambodia. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure product availability while driving efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term demand plans and forecasting models.
• Analyze sales trends, market data and operational metrics to inform planning decisions.
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, operations and production teams to align supply with market demand.
• Monitor stock levels, optimize inventory turnover and manage safety stock.
• Prepare regular performance and KPI reports for senior management.
• Support commercial decision‑making, including pricing and promotion strategies.

Required profile

• Strong demand planning and forecasting expertise.
• Solid analytical background with experience interpreting sales and market data.
• Proven experience in production planning and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage or retail environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead cross‑functional meetings.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local Cambodian languages is a plus.
