Co-Impact Investment Partner

About the role

The Co-Impact Investment Partner will identify, evaluate and co‑create impact‑focused investment opportunities across agri‑drones, warehouses, climate infrastructure, social impact ventures and data centres. Based in Phnom Penh, the role combines market analysis, deal structuring and portfolio management to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and financial analysis to source high‑impact investment opportunities.
• Structure, negotiate and close deals, coordinating with legal and finance teams.
• Build and manage investment syndicates, co‑ops and partnerships, contributing personal capital to align incentives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare reports and support governance and risk management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial modeling, risk assessment and data‑driven decision making.
• Background in investments, venture capital, angel investing or impact funds, preferably in agri‑tech, climate‑tech or social impact sectors.
• Proven ability to deploy personal capital and collaborate with co‑investors and partners.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus.
