Cluster E-Commerce & Distribution Manager

About the role

The Cluster E-Commerce & Distribution Manager will lead the digital sales strategy for a portfolio of Accor hotels, driving direct online revenue and market share. You will oversee website performance, booking engine optimization, and the management of all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy to maximise direct bookings and revenue.
• Manage website content, user experience, and booking engine performance.
• Monitor analytics, conversion rates and digital revenue, implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with digital marketing on SEO, SEM, metasearch, display and retargeting campaigns.
• Oversee all distribution channels (GDS, OTAs, wholesalers, direct), ensuring rate accuracy, inventory availability and content consistency.
• Maintain channel parity, conduct regular audits and work with Revenue Management on pricing strategies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to optimise revenue.
• Produce performance reports and insights for hotel leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for OTA, CRS, PMS, Channel Manager and other technology partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce, distribution, revenue management or digital marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Experience with luxury hotel brands or international hospitality companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of distribution systems, OTA management, CRS, PMS and booking engines.
