About the role
The Moments Group is seeking a driven, client‑centric professional to serve as the primary partner for key accounts. In this role you will translate business objectives into creative solutions and guide campaigns from strategy through execution.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the lead partner for assigned clients, understanding their objectives and challenges.
- Maintain proactive, solution‑focused communication and build lasting relationships.
- Convert client goals into clear strategies, briefs, proposals, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with internal creative, activation, strategy, social, KOL, and media teams to deliver campaigns.
- Oversee scopes, timelines, budgets, and overall account health.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to long‑term client value.
- Support new‑business initiatives for the agency.
Required profile
- Prior experience working with agencies or brands.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership‑building skills.
