Chief Technology Officer

About the role

The Chief Technology Officer will define and own the technical vision for BS Express Cambodia, guiding engineering delivery across backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, data, and IT support. This full‑time, on‑site position partners with senior leadership to translate business goals into a scalable, reliable technology roadmap supporting logistics and delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction and architecture standards for all engineering teams.
• Lead and develop engineering leads in backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, data, and IT support.
• Own delivery timelines, manage technical risk, and ensure system reliability.
• Represent engineering in cross‑functional leadership discussions.
• Drive hiring, mentorship, and career growth across the engineering organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering robust, customer‑facing web and mobile solutions.
• Strong background in IT strategy, architecture, and scalable system design.
• Demonstrated project management of cross‑functional technology initiatives.
• Leadership experience managing diverse technical teams and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Khmer is a plus.
