Channel Sales Manager

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will be based in Phnom Penh, working in a hybrid model that combines on‑site visits with flexible home‑office time. This full‑time role focuses on building and managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers to expand BevFood Trading’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize channel agreements with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
• Set sales targets, monitor partner performance and drive achievement of revenue goals.
• Design and execute promotional activities and programs to increase market coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure smooth channel execution.
• Analyse sales data, prepare regular performance reports and identify new channel opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in channel‑focused sales and managing channel partners.
• Proven track record in direct sales and sales management with ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term partner relationships.
• Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or related consumer‑goods sectors.
• Ability to analyse market and sales data, develop action plans and present clear reports.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing field visits with office/home tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
