Business Development Manager – Remote (Cambodia)

About the role

PU Prime, a global CFD broker, is expanding its presence in Cambodia and seeks a results‑driven Business Development Manager to work remotely. You will be responsible for growing the client base, building an Introducing Broker (IB) network, and increasing trading activity.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers, affiliates and strategic partners.
• Acquire new retail clients and boost their trading volume.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners and clients.
• Drive monthly net deposit, trading volume and revenue targets.
• Monitor partner performance, identify gaps and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of business development or sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates or active clients in Cambodia is a plus.
• Proven sales performance with recent business records (last 3 months).
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
