Business Development Manager – Brokerage (Cambodia)

About the role

Doo Group, a global fintech serving over 520,000 clients, is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its Brokerage services in Cambodia. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and supporting the growth of the D Prime platform across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities through calls, email, social media, CRM and partner channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable AI‑driven solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, workshops and promotional activities.
• Support marketing campaigns to generate leads, traffic and revenue.
• Research market trends, competitors, sales potential and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain client data, sales pipeline reports, dashboards and performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to the development of business plans.
• Travel as required to meet clients and partners.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing or client management.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English for professional use.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
• Capability to conduct market research.
• Interest or experience in AI/technology solutions (advantage).
