Business Development Executive

About the role

Vantage is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its client base in the Forex, CFD and cryptocurrency trading markets across Cambodia. The role focuses on acquiring new traders, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the Forex, CFD, and cryptocurrency trading markets.
• Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Convert leads into active trading clients through effective consultation and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Marketing, and Product teams to optimise client acquisition efforts.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings to expand market reach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in Cambodia with strong knowledge of the local financial trading market.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or Client Acquisition within Forex, CFD, Crypto, FinTech or Financial Services.
• Existing network or client base within the Cambodian trading or investment community is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, cryptocurrency trading products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
