Business Development and Partnership Manager

About the role

The Business Development and Partnership Manager will support the growth of the bank's digital ecosystem by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and coordinating partnership initiatives that expand digital payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships that drive digital business growth.
• Assist in executing the business development and partnership strategy aligned with the Digital Business Division objectives.
• Manage relationships with corporate partners, merchants, fintech companies, payment service providers, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, merchant services, marketing, operations) to implement partnership projects.
• Support integration projects such as API partnerships, payment gateway connections, and digital platform collaborations.
• Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements, and commercial presentations.
• Monitor partnership performance, track revenue contribution, and report updates to management.
• Support joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase digital transaction volume.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, digital business, or banking.
• Experience with digital payment solutions, e‑commerce platforms, or fintech partnerships is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to coordinate across multiple teams.
