Brand Supervisor – Marketing Strategy Lead

About the role

The Brand Supervisor will lead the development and execution of market strategies and coordinated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand equity and meet business objectives. Working closely with sales, market insight and other functions, this role ensures optimal use of the approved budget and drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
• Plan, execute and monitor ATL, BTL and digital activities, ensuring timelines and expected outcomes are met.
• Manage marketing materials such as POSM, POS, premium items and amenities, optimizing stock allocation.
• Collaborate with Sales to activate the brand, ensuring the right POS, SKU and segment coverage.
• Partner with Market Insight to conduct research, identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee brand activities within the approved budget, ensuring efficient resource usage.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• PC literacy and ability to manage digital marketing tools.
