Branch Manager – Pawnbroking & Asset Lending

About the role

Cash U Up, a licensed pawnbroking and asset‑backed lending company in Cambodia, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one of its locations in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh (and a similar role in Batambang). The manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure compliance, and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales performance at the assigned branch.
• Lead, schedule, and coach branch staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Review loan documents, appraisals, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure secure handling, tagging, and storage of all pledged assets.
• Manage overdue accounts and implement resolution strategies.
• Oversee branch cash flow and produce daily reports.
• Support local marketing and community outreach to grow the customer base.
• Report branch performance to senior management and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a comparable supervisory role.
• Strong communication and people‑management abilities.
• Working knowledge of Khmer and English.
